Who can join

Heaps of Wins Casino is open to players who are at least 18 years old, or of legal age where they live if that age is higher. You can play with us only if you live where taking part is legal and not prohibited. Our staff, partners and members of their immediate families cannot take part.

Your terms

By signing up you accept our terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the rules of every game, including any later changes. We may change the terms or our procedures at any time, and changes apply as soon as they are published.

Your account

Each player may hold one real account. Multiple accounts are closed, and players who register several accounts, even with different personal details, lose bonuses and winnings and have their withdrawals cancelled. Keep your account number and password private and never let anyone else, including a minor, use your account. We may ask for additional information to validate an account.

Fair play

Our games run on RTG software with RNG technology, and where the casino software and the server software show different results, the server result counts. Winnings that come from a system malfunction or a game error are void. Our casino is for personal entertainment and non-professional use only, and wagers can be placed only through our own interface, never with robot players.

Deposits

Deposits are made from the Cashier and reach your gaming account straight away. You may deposit only to your own account, and cards must be in your name. For card deposits we ask for an authorisation form and a copy of the front of the card, and card deposits carry a 2% fee.

Withdrawals

Before we process a withdrawal, your account must be verified, which needs your government-issued photo ID plus a proof of address. The smallest withdrawal is $100. Every request is checked within three business days, and approved amounts are processed within 10 business days after approval. VIP 4 and VIP 5 players can request up to $10,000 in each rolling seven days, and all other players up to $5,000, in steps of $2,500. Each withdrawal carries a fee of up to $40, set by the payment processor and the amount you take out.

Bonuses

Bonuses follow our bonus rules and the terms of each offer. Bonus funds have to be played through before a withdrawal, only one bonus can be used at a time, and some table games cannot be played with bonus funds. We can change or end any promotion at any time.

Disputes

If you do not agree with the result of a game, write to us within 14 days. Complaints can also go to the Central Dispute System, a third-party service set up by RTG to settle player disputes.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your winnings.
